How it connects.
Plain and careful. We don’t promise a connection until we’ve seen how you use SQL Account.
- We check what you use
In the free call, we look at your SQL Account version and modules and how your team uses SQL Account today.
- We use the supported way
We connect through the options SQL Account supports for your setup. If something isn’t possible, we tell you before you pay anything.
- We switch it on carefully
We test with a small batch of your real records first. Your team checks them before it goes live, and every sync is logged after.
The connection’s keys are made in your own SQL Account, by your team, and you can switch them off there. It needs a recent version of SQL Account. We check yours in the consultation.
What it costs.
One integration on its own is a Focused project, from RM 5k, with a first version in 2–4 weeks. More often it’s one feature inside a larger system – such as a delivery or collections system that feeds SQL Account – and priced with the rest of it.
- A fixed price for every feature, agreed before we start. Never by the hour.
- Your written quote within 3 working days of the free call.
Questions about SQL Account.
Which versions of SQL Account does it work with?
It needs a recent version. We check yours during the free call: the version, the modules you use and how your accounts team works. Then we tell you what’s possible before we quote.
Who holds the keys to our SQL Account?
You do. The keys for the connection are made in your own SQL Account, by your team. We guide them through it, and they can switch the keys off there at any time.
Will it create duplicate invoices?
No. Each document is sent once and carries its number. If it’s already in SQL Account, it’s skipped and shown on the screen, not sent again.
Who creates new customers?
The system suggests a customer code and fills in what it knows. Your accounts team checks it, then the customer is created in SQL Account and the document follows.
Do we still use SQL Account for month-end?
Yes. SQL Account stays your accounting system for reports, month-end and tax. It just stops needing the same documents typed in again.
Can it handle e-Invoicing too?
Yes. We can send e-Invoices to MyInvois from your system, or work with how you send them from SQL Account today. We’ll suggest the simpler way during the call.
What does it cost?
One integration on its own is a Focused project, from RM 5k. Most often it’s one feature inside a larger system, priced with the rest. You get your written quote within 3 working days of the free call, and your first 3 months of hosting and care are included.
