How much does a system for a distributor cost?
One part, such as monthly statements, starts from RM 5k. A system with several parts, such as orders, credit checks and approvals, or a customer ordering portal, starts from RM 15k. Several systems working as one, across branches, start from RM 50k. Every feature has a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Can we start with one part and add the rest later?
Yes. You can start with the part that costs you the most time, such as orders or collections, and add the next part when the team is ready.
Does it work with AutoCount or SQL Account?
Yes. Orders, invoices and payments go into AutoCount, SQL Account or Xero, so nobody types them twice.
Can drivers use their own phones?
Yes. The driver screens open in the phone’s browser. There is nothing to install.
