We only use AI providers that commit not to train their models on your data. AI usage is paid separately, from a usage account you top up.
Questions about price and process.
Why a fixed price per feature, and not by the hour?
Because you should know the cost before any work starts. We break your system into features and give each one a fixed price, agreed in writing. No extra charge if a feature takes us longer.
Can we start small and add more later?
Yes, and most businesses do. New projects start from RM 5k. Start with one part and use it for real. Every other feature keeps its own fixed price, so you add it when you’re ready.
How do we pay?
In stages, so you never pay for everything up front. Focused projects: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Business systems and connected platforms: 40% to start, 30% when the first version is ready for you to try, and 30% at launch. The stages are written into your quote.
When do we get the quote?
Within 3 working days of the free call. It’s in writing, with a fixed price for every feature, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
What if we want to change something once work has started?
Tell us early. You see progress every week, so changes happen while they’re still easy. A new feature gets its own fixed price before we build it, so you always know the cost first.
Is training included?
Yes. We train your team on launch day. For bigger teams or several outlets, we plan the training with you and include it in the quote.
What does hosting and care cover?
We build, host and look after your system end to end: the server, the database and the logins. The first 3 months of hosting and care are included. After that, care is optional and billed yearly. Care covers backups, security updates, monitoring and fixes.
Do we own the system?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the source code and data are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Will it work with AutoCount, SQL Account or Xero?
Works with AutoCount, SQL Account and Xero. We check your version and setup in the free consultation before we quote. MyInvois e-Invoicing can be part of it too.
