How ordering worked before.
Six outlets, one kitchen, and orders spread across a group chat.
Outlet managers sent orders in a WhatsApp group, each in their own words and units.
The kitchen head scrolled back through the group and added up the totals on paper.
Some outlets always missed the cut-off. Someone had to call them, every day.
Saturday’s orders, in before 3 pm.
The outlets kept ordering on their phones. They just stopped typing it into a chat.
Each outlet orders on a phone, with its usual items ready.
The manager changes only what’s different and checks those changes before sending, so nothing goes out by mistake.

Want ordering like this for your outlets?
Questions about this system.
How much does it cost?
The first version, phone ordering with a daily cut-off and the kitchen board, was a focused project from RM 5k. Reminders and late changes were added later at their own fixed price.
Do outlet managers need to install an app?
No. Each outlet has its own link that opens in the phone’s browser. It works on any phone the outlet already has.
Can each outlet have different items?
Yes. Each outlet has its own list and usual quantities, and you can set different cut-off times for different days.
Can this grow into a full kitchen system?
Yes. The same orders can feed a prep list, delivery runs and billing to each outlet when you are ready. Each part has its own fixed price.
