How sales reports worked before.
Nine outlets, nine photos of a closing slip, and one owner adding them up at midnight.
Every night, each supervisor sent a photo of the POS closing report to a WhatsApp group.
Delivery app sales were in two other places, checked once a week.
Cash short at an outlet was found days later, when nobody remembered why.
The report that writes itself at 10:45 pm.
The supervisors close the POS as before, and the numbers come in on their own.

How do delivery app sales come in?
From each app’s own sales report. Where the app lets us read the report automatically, we do. Otherwise a supervisor uploads the daily file, and the system does the rest.

Yes. Daily totals by outlet and payment type go into Xero, so the accounts team stops typing them in.
