Your fixed price follows a free call.
Three steps, from first call to first version.
- 15 minutes
A free 15-minute call.
On Google Meet, in your working hours. We ask how the work flows today and show the closest system we’ve built.
- 3 working days
A fixed price for every feature, within 3 working days.
In writing, with what’s included, the payment stages and your first-version date. You choose what goes first.
- 2–4 weeks
A first working version in 2–4 weeks.
For a focused project; a business system takes 4–10 weeks. A recorded demo every Friday shows progress without a meeting.
Clear prices, before any work starts.
You should know the cost first, so every feature is priced from a standard price list, never by the hour.
Every feature has a fixed price. Two businesses with the same answers get the same price.
Pay in stages, never everything up front: 50/50 for focused projects, 40/30/30 for larger systems.
All prices in NZD, excluding GST.

WhatsApp order system
Orders arrived on several phones, and admin typed each one into the accounting system at night.
AI drafts WhatsApp orders, checks prices and credit limits, sends exceptions to the owner’s phone, and syncs to AutoCount and MyInvois (Malaysian accounting and e-invoicing).
Malaysian client, anonymised - A building contractor in Selangor, Malaysia
Site diaries and progress
Each site had its own WhatsApp group of photos, and the site diary book was rarely filled in.
A site diary sent from the phone, photos filed by unit, date and stage, and every site’s day on one office screen.
Malaysian client, anonymised - A chicken rice chain in Seberang Perai, Malaysia
Outlet ordering system
Outlet managers sent orders to a group chat, and the kitchen added up the totals on paper.
Every outlet orders by phone before the daily cut-off, late outlets get a WhatsApp reminder, and the kitchen sees one list.

Questions owners ask us.
You’re in Malaysia. How does that work for us?
New Zealand is 4 hours ahead of Kuala Lumpur, 5 in daylight saving, so we work your afternoons. You see a recorded demo every Friday and get a reply within one New Zealand business day.
Who is our contract with?
BELCORT SDN. BHD., a Malaysian company (no. 202601016621) in Kuala Lumpur. Your quote lists every feature, its price and the payment stages, in writing, before any work starts.
How do we pay?
In stages, written into your quote, never everything up front. Focused projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Larger systems are 40% to start, 30% when the first version is ready to try, and 30% at launch.
Where is our data kept, and who can see it?
We host it and look after it. Staff see only what their role allows, every change is on record, backups run daily, and we only use AI providers that commit not to train on your data.
Do your prices include GST?
No. Belcort is a Malaysian company and does not charge New Zealand GST. Your accountant can confirm how GST on imported services applies to your business.
What if we want to stop partway?
You pay in stages, and each feature keeps its own price, so you can leave one for later. Your data is yours, and you can export it at any time. If you ever leave, we hand your data over in full.
What happens after launch?
Launch-day training and the first 3 months of hosting and Care are included. After that, Care covers hosting, backups, security updates, monitoring and fixes, at a price quoted with your project so you know it before you sign.
Will it work with Xero?
Yes. We connect to Xero, Stripe, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 today, and to any system with an API. We check your setup on the call before we quote.
Let’s look at your workflow.
