How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent also does the work: it reads documents, checks your systems, drafts orders and follows up, and a person approves what matters.

Will our data be used to train AI?

We only use AI providers that commit not to train their models on your data. We also tell you which data each feature uses.

Can we try AI on one task first?

Yes. One agent or one assistant is a Focused project, from RM 5k, with a first version in 2–⁠4 weeks.

Will an agent send anything without us?

Only if you decide it should. By default, agents draft and a person approves anything that matters: money, orders and exceptions. Agents show their sources and flag when they’re unsure, and every action is logged so it can be checked. You can relax this later for low-risk tasks like opening hours.

Can we keep our WhatsApp number?

Usually, yes: you keep your current WhatsApp number. We check your WhatsApp setup in the free consultation and tell you before we quote.

Can agents work with our accounting system?

Yes. Agents read and draft inside the tools you already use, such as AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, MyInvois, Shopee and Lazada and WhatsApp Business. Your team keeps working where it works today. We check your version and setup in the free consultation before we quote.

Who owns it?

You do. Once the project is paid, the source code and your data are yours, and we document how everything runs. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
