Questions about Xero.
Does it work with our Xero setup?
We check during the free call: your Xero setup, your chart of accounts and how your accountant uses it. Then we connect through the options Xero supports, and tell you before we quote.
How do we give it access to Xero?
Someone with access to your Xero organisation approves the connection once, with their Xero login. We guide you through it during setup.
Will our accountant still work in Xero?
Yes. Xero stays your accounting system. Your accountant gets clean daily entries instead of a pile of sales reports to key in.
Can it handle several outlets?
Yes. Each outlet posts its own day, so you can see each one in Xero, and the totals still add up.
What about delivery-app and card fees?
Fees are booked to their own accounts, and each payout is matched to the sales it came from. Your sales stay at full value.
Can we send invoices from Xero instead?
Yes. If you’d rather keep invoicing in Xero, we can bring paid status back into your system instead, so reminders stop once an invoice is paid.
What does it cost?
One integration on its own is a Focused project, from RM 5k. Most often it’s one feature inside a larger system, priced with the rest. You get your written quote within 3 working days of the free call, and your first 3 months of hosting and care are included.
