Plain and careful. We look at how you invoice today before we promise anything.
- We check what you use
In the free call, we look at your invoices, your buyers and how you invoice and how your team uses MyInvois today.
- We use the supported way
We connect through the options MyInvois supports for your setup. If something isn’t possible, we tell you before you pay anything.
- We switch it on carefully
We test with a small batch of your real records first. Your team checks them before it goes live, and every sync is logged after.
Your company sets up its own access in the MyInvois Portal, and your system connects with it. We guide your team through each step.
What it costs.
One integration on its own is a Focused project, from RM 5k, with a first version in 2–4 weeks. More often it’s one feature inside a larger system – such as an invoicing or order system that sends its own e-Invoices – and priced with the rest of it.
- A fixed price for every feature, agreed before we start. Never by the hour.
- Your written quote within 3 working days of the free call.
Questions about MyInvois.
Do we need to change how we invoice?
No. Your team keeps making invoices the way it does today. The e-Invoice is created from each one and sent to the MyInvois System.
What happens when an e-Invoice is rejected?
It’s listed with the reason, such as a buyer TIN that doesn’t match. Your team fixes the detail and resubmits from the same screen.
What about walk-in customers?
A buyer who needs an e-Invoice can ask for one from the QR code on the receipt. Other walk-in sales go into one consolidated e-Invoice for the month.
Who sets up our MyInvois access?
Your company sets it up in the MyInvois Portal, so it stays in your company’s name. We guide your team through the steps and connect your system once it’s ready.
Does e-Invoicing apply to my business yet?
Your accountant or tax agent can confirm when it applies to you. Once it does, we make the sending part easy.
What does it cost?
One integration on its own is a Focused project, from RM 5k. Most often it’s one feature inside a larger system, priced with the rest. You get your written quote within 3 working days of the free call, and your first 3 months of hosting and care are included.
