How much does a system for a manufacturer cost?
One part, such as quotations with revisions, starts from RM 5k. Several parts in one system, such as quotations, job orders and deliveries, start from RM 15k. Every feature has a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Do we have to replace our accounting software?
No. AutoCount, SQL Account or Xero stays. Sales orders, invoices, purchase orders and payments go into it, so nobody types them twice.
Can it send e-invoices to MyInvois?
Yes. Invoices are sent to MyInvois from the system, and the validation result is saved with each one.
