How production was tracked before.
Twelve machines, two shifts and one planner who held the schedule in his head.
Job orders were printed and pinned on a whiteboard. By lunchtime it was out of date.
Operators wrote output and rejects on paper. Supervisors typed it into Excel the next morning.
When a machine stopped, the owner heard about it hours later, or not at all.
Four screens between the machine and the owner.
Operators update from the machine. Everyone else sees the same picture, as it happens.
Every machine, live. The ones that stopped, first.
Each machine shows its job, mould, parts done and operator, and the supervisor is told the moment one stops.

Operators update from the machine, in a few taps.
Every hour, the operator records good parts, rejects and downtime, and a photo of the rejects takes one tap.

Questions about this system.
What did this project cost?
Business system, from RM 15k. Every feature had a fixed price, agreed before work started, and the first 3 months of hosting and care were included.
Do operators need their own phones?
No. You can put one shared tablet at each line. Operators pick their name and machine, then update in a few taps. Personal phones work too.
Can it read counts straight from our machines?
Some newer machines can share their shot counts, and we connect those where we can. Older machines are updated by the operator. We check your machines before we quote.
Does it work with SQL Account?
Yes. Sales orders come in from SQL Account as job orders, and finished jobs go back for delivery orders and invoices.
Does it only work for plastics?
No. The same idea works for lines, workstations or work centres in metal, furniture, packaging or food. We build it around how your floor runs.
