Supervisors send the day’s diary from site: workers, weather, deliveries and photos tagged to each unit. The office sees every site on one screen, and progress is ready for the next claim.

Purchasing and subcon claims
Materials requested from site, quotes compared and POs checked against each project’s budget, so you see the margin while the job is on site. Subcon claims are checked against the site before anyone is paid.

It depends on how many parts you need and which systems it connects to. Every project fits one of three sizes.

How much does a system for a contractor cost?
One part, such as site attendance or monthly claims, starts from RM 5k. A system with several parts, such as diaries, progress and claims, starts from RM 15k. Every feature has a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Can site supervisors use their own phones?
Yes. The site screens open in the phone’s browser. There is nothing to install, and they keep working when the signal is weak.
Does it work with AutoCount or SQL Account?
Yes. Claims, POs, supplier invoices and expenses go into AutoCount, SQL Account or Xero, so nobody types them twice.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. You can start with one or two sites, then add the rest when the team is happy.
