After the free call, we break your system into features: the parts your team will use, such as an order inbox or a sync with your accounting.
Add them up, and that’s your price. It’s in writing, before any work starts, and it never runs by the hour.

Your project price covers three things. Two costs sit outside it, and we tell you both up front.
We build, host and look after your system end to end: the server, the database and the logins. Care covers backups, security updates, monitoring and fixes.
We train your team on launch day. For bigger teams or several outlets, we plan the training with you and include it in the quote.
The source code and your data are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.

If your system uses AI, the model costs are paid from a usage account you top up, so you only pay for what you use. We only use AI providers that commit not to train their models on your data.
