How parent updates worked before.
Twenty class chat groups, and a front desk phone that rang all afternoon.
Every class had a WhatsApp group. Teachers posted homework at night, and parents’ replies buried it.
Parents messaged the front desk to ask whether their child had arrived. At 3 pm the phone never stopped.
Test results went home on paper. Some never reached the parent, and some came back weeks later.
One part: every parent update, from one WhatsApp number.
This was one part, built on the centre’s own WhatsApp number. Parents kept WhatsApp, teachers kept their phones, and the typing and copying stopped.
Parents know their child has arrived.
Teachers tick each child in on a phone, and parents hear if their child is missing 15 minutes into class.

Replies come to the front desk, next to the message they answer, so nothing is lost in a teacher’s phone.

Questions about this system.
What did this project cost?
Business system, from RM 15k. Every feature had a fixed price, agreed before work started, and the first 3 months of hosting and care were included. AI usage is paid separately: you top up your own usage account.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Updates arrive in WhatsApp, in the chat parents already have with your centre.
Does it use our own WhatsApp number?
Yes. Messages are sent from your centre’s WhatsApp Business number. WhatsApp charges a small fee for some business messages, and we show you the expected cost before you start.
Can we add fee reminders later?
Yes. Fees, reminders and online payment can be added as a next part, with its own fixed price, using the same students and parents.
