How new students found the school before.
A contact form, a whiteboard of free slots, and enquiries that waited until the next afternoon.
The old website had a contact form and a phone number. Most enquiries came at night, and were answered the next afternoon.
Booking a trial took several WhatsApp messages to find a time that suited the parent and a free teacher.
Teachers’ free slots lived on a whiteboard at the front desk, so two trials were sometimes booked at once.
