How a tuition group with three branches in Manjung put 25 part-time teachers on one timetable, and stopped counting registers for pay.

How the week worked before.
Three branches, three spreadsheets, and a paper register at every front desk.
Each branch kept its own timetable in a spreadsheet. Nobody could see which teacher was where across the three.
Teachers signed a paper register at the front desk. Late arrivals were noticed only when parents complained.
When a teacher called in sick, admin phoned other teachers one by one, then messaged every parent by hand.

Teachers kept their own phones. The registers, the spreadsheets and the month-end counting moved into the system.
One timetable for every branch, room and teacher.
Admin sees the week by branch, room or teacher, and clashes are flagged before they happen.

Do teachers need to install an app?
No. Clock-in and the teacher screens open in the phone’s browser. Teachers save it to their home screen, and that’s all.
How does the clock-in know a teacher is at the centre?
The phone shares its location only at the moment of clock-in, and the system checks it against the branch. Nothing is tracked outside that tap.
Can we start with one branch?
Yes. You can start with one branch for a month, then bring in the others once the teachers are used to it.
