How ordering worked before.
Two warehouses, 1,100 shops, and the same reorder phoned in every Thursday night.
Shops sent the same order every week, by phone or WhatsApp, often after the office had closed.
Shops asked for items that were out of stock, and found out on delivery day.
Every shop had its own prices, and admin checked each order by hand.
The shop’s side, and yours.
Shops can still call or WhatsApp. The portal is there for the ones that want to order on their own.
Shops reorder their usual items, at their own prices.
Each shop sees last week’s quantities and today’s stock, so reordering the usual takes a few taps.

Shops pay open invoices by online banking or card, with the payment recorded in AutoCount and a WhatsApp receipt.

No. The portal opens in the browser on a phone or a computer. Each shop gets its own sign-in.
