How orders worked before.
Three seller centres, one shared spreadsheet and four packers waiting for the printout.
Every morning, admin opened Shopee, Lazada and the website one by one, and copied the orders into a spreadsheet.
Packers worked from printouts. In a rush, a Rose tumbler went out where Sage was ordered.
Stock was updated by hand on each channel. A colour sold out on Shopee kept selling on Lazada.

The shop kept selling on all three channels. Everything after the order changed.
Every order, from every channel, in one list.
Orders arrive every few minutes, and anything odd, like a missing unit number, is held for a quick look.

Yes. Marketplace labels come from Shopee and Lazada themselves and print in one batch. Website orders use the courier you already use, if it offers a connection.
Who owns the system?
