Before you book

Is this for you?

An honest check before the call. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so.

A good fit if
  • You sell on account to cafés, shops or trade customers, with a price list for each.

  • Orders arrive by email, PDF, phone and text, and someone keys them into Xero or MYOB.

  • Credit stops, back orders or proof of delivery live in spreadsheets and in someone’s head.

  • You’d like to start with the part that takes the most time, and add the next when the team is ready.

Probably not a fit if
  • Your customers’ orders already reach Xero or MYOB without anyone retyping them.

  • You’d rather pay by the hour for open-ended work. We price every feature in writing before we start.

  • You need a team in your warehouse every week. We work from Kuala Lumpur, on Perth time.

What a system for distributors costs.

It depends on how many parts you need and which systems it connects to. Every project fits one of three sizes.

Every feature has a fixed price, agreed before we start. Your first 3 months of hosting and care are included. How we price a project

Start with the part that takes the most time.

Questions from distributors.

How much does a system for a distributor cost?

One part, such as month-end statements, starts from AUD 5k. A system with several parts, such as orders, credit stops and approvals, or a customer ordering portal, starts from AUD 15k. Several systems working as one, across sites, start from AUD 50k. Every feature has a fixed price, agreed before we start.

Do our customers have to change how they order?

No. They keep ordering the way they do now, by email, PDF, phone or text, and the system reads what they send. Ordering online is there for the customers who want it.

Will it work with Xero or MYOB?

Yes. Approved orders, invoices and payments go into Xero or MYOB, so nobody types them twice. We connect to any system with an API, and check your setup on the free call before we quote.

What if it reads an order wrong?

Every draft is checked against the customer’s prices and credit limit before anything goes out. Anything unclear waits for a person on your team to confirm it.

Can we start with one part and add the rest later?

Yes. Start with the part that costs you the most time, such as orders or collections, and add the next part when the team is ready. Each new part gets its own fixed price, in writing, before we start.

Can drivers use their own phones?

Yes. The driver screens open in the phone’s browser. There is nothing to install.
