Nobody can confirm the version
The answer exists. Someone wrote it down. But it is in a shared drive, an email thread, a WhatsApp group or a document whose filename ends in `-final-v3-revised`. Staff ask a colleague instead of searching, because searching does not tell them which version is current.
We build a search over the sources you approve, with permissions respected, that answers in plain language and shows which document each part of the answer came from and when it was last updated. Where two sources disagree, the workflow shows both rather than picking one.
Tell us the workflow, and we will say whether it is ready.

Questions are answered in plain language rather than returned as a list of files to open and compare.
Every part of an answer names the document it came from and when that document was last updated.
Where sources disagree, both versions are shown rather than silently reconciled, and the reader decides which applies.
